The camera does not support live streaming. We don’t have a WiFi live streaming model.
Remove the protective film on the front lens and keep the lens clean
If the camera isn’t recording, first try resetting the camera. If that doesn’t fix it, make sure you’ve erased all old videos from the memory card properly. For Mac users, make sure you’ve emptied the trash can to ensure old video files are fully deleted, otherwise they may still be in a hidden folder on the card, which could cause the camera to not record properly. You can also try using a different memory card.
As long as you insert an SDXC card into your computer, you can see an added partition in File Explorer. Right click on it and select "Format". Then a small window will pop out where you are allowed to select "FAT32" as the file system, tick "Quick Format" and click "Start" to begin the formatting process.
Make sure that the Micro SD card is compatible. Windows users should be using FAT32, but MAC users should use FAT format.
If you use a 32, 64, 128, 256Gb SD card and let the camera format the card automatically, all the videos would be corrupted, or the camera would not record any files to the SD card.
You have to format the SD card to FAT32. You can use DiskGenius (the free version) that worked or You can use the MiniTool Partition Wizard, because your Windows may only give you the option for exFAT or NTFS.
If your video playback on your computer is all black, then chances are your computer’s video drivers are out of date. We recommend downloading and installing VLC Media Player, a free media player for both Windows and Mac computers at https://www.videolan.org/vlc and use VLC for playback.
No it does not - this device requires regular light to be able to see properly.
This camera is AC powered only, it must be plugged into a power outlet in order to operate.
If your outlet doesn’t face the exact area or direction you want to monitor, you can use a plug in AC swivel outlet, an extension cord, or even a surge protector to help “aim” the camera in the area you wish to monitor.
